The Split Internal Orders function is used when items that have been booked in on one order need to be dispatched as separate orders. This function can split selected items into a new order for the customer.

To split an order go to 'Utilities' then click 'Split Internal Order'.

The "Split Internal Order" window will open, click on the dropdown menu to select from the presented options to identify the order that needs to be split. Enter the appropriate number and click 'OK'.

Click on the item(s) that you intend to split from the order then click 'OK'.

Enter a new 'Customer PO' and click 'OK'.

The order will been successfully split.
