ProWeb is a complicated linking utility, with inbuilt PDF generation which requires write access to folders, websites as well as requires numerous support files in place.
As of version 6.6.0 of ProWeb a diagnostics function has been included to assist with resolving issues.
To access the Diagnostic Tests, start ProWeb and navigate to the 'Diagnostic Tests' tab in the main interface.
After clicking this tab, click the 'Run Diagnostic Tests' button.
This will then start a sequence of tests that run through test data to check that the utility has access to the correct paths, any defaults are set up correctly and that both PDF and Data upload functionality are working.
Any error codes/messages will be displayed on the screen and should be provided to Transmille for assistance.
