The Audit Reports feature in ProCal Track is designed to give you a quick and easy way of viewing all changes made to an instrument from the moment it arrives and is booked in to when it is despatched out of the building.
The second part of this audit function features the ability to track changes made to contact (customer) details.
Instrument/Job Search Query
There are three search terms you can begin your audit with; System ID, Serial No, or Job No.
For this example, the Serial No search function will be used
Which returns the below table and details the changes made to the information
The system records changes made to the following information:
- Change Description – A description of the change that has been made e.g. Customer Name
- The Old Value – Previous information
- The New Value – New information
- Software – the piece of software where the change was made
- Change type – whether the information was updated or deleted for example.
Account No. Search Query
You can search using your customers account number:
Below is an example of the information that can be returned on a query;

Please Note that if there have no changes to the contacts (customers) information then you will see the below image:
