The list can be set to the required view here or via a drop down list shown below.

There are several views available:

  • List instruments awaiting calibration
    • Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'E: Received' and have a quote status of 'Go Ahead Given'
  • List all instruments awaiting quote
    • Lists all booked in instruments that currently have a quote status of 'Quote Required' or 'Awaiting Reply'
  • List instruments awaiting paperwork/dispatch
    • Lists all booked in instruments that are in status 'M: Awaiting Paperwork' or status 'N: In Despatch'. Users can go directly to the processing/dispatch module from this list

Instruments that are marked as overdue are highlighted in red.

Instruments that are due today are highlighted in yellow.

Items that are marked for a fast turnaround service are highlighted in orange, regardless of due date.

All lists are ordered by days overdue.

With the list displayed as required you can now filter for jobs by their "Quote Status".

The process/dispatch function can be accessed directly from the priority list when in the "instruments awaiting paperwork/dispatch" view. To do this, select the item to process or dispatch from the grid, then click the "process/dispatch" button on the bottom of the screen.

The "Process/Dispatch" method is detailed here: How to Process and Dispatch an Instrument with ProCal-Track.
