In order for Dymo 500 series label printers to function with the ProCal suite the Transmille Dymo Utlity is required. This can be downloaded from the bottom of this article. The Transmille Dymo Utility allows ProCal suite software to send labels to the Dymo Connect API for printing via a Dymo 400/500 series printer.
Once Transmille Dymo Utlity is downloaded, run the installer.
For default installations the ProCal folder is "C:\ProCal", so the installer map for "TransDymoApp" would need to be "C:\". However if your ProCal root location was changed during installation then you would need to make sure to install "TransDymoApp" in the same root location.
Click 'Install'.
Click 'Finish'.
Once the installation is complete "Dymo Connect" will need to be set as the default printer within the ProCal Suite. Configuring Label Printer - ProSet
