If you have subcontracted work to the Company that hosts the web portal on behalf of another customer, you can ask the company to add subcontracted work to your portal.
To view the work for your subcontracted customer, click 'User Config' in the top navigation bar, and select 'View Subcontract Customers'
From the dropdown list, select the customer that you wish to view the work for, and then click 'Choose Selected Customer'
Clicking on 'Home' will now load the portal as if you were the subcontracted customer (in this example Transmille Calibration USA, instead of our account Transmille Ltd)
To return to viewing your own instruments (in this case Transmille), repeat the process, but this time click on 'Reset To Owners Account' instead of 'Choose Selected Customer'
