Changing Date Format

To support customers from all regions, as well as with varying requirements for date ordering the ProWeb Portal can be configured to show the date in three different formats.


To edit your format, log in to the portal and then navigate to 'Update User Details'.


Select the required date format from the drop down box. The text next to the box will display today's date in the style selected.


To save your preferences, click 'Update'.


So that the grids and data can be updated you will be signed out, when you log in again all dates will be shown in the new format.


Please note that this change will not affect the date format on PDF certificates, as for legal reasons these must stay the same as originally issued.
