As we update our support system to better support our customers around the world we have migrated to an online ticketing solution.

This system can accept both emails as well as 'Tickets' supplied online.

After submitting a ticket you will be prompted to register an account so that you can add, update and view the status of support tickets online rather than phoning or sending separate emails.

It is important to note that to prevent spam tickets and accounts we have enabled a 'CAPTCHA' verification that ensures that a human is entering a ticket, not a computerised 'bot'.

It is important that this is filled in correctly otherwise a support account will not be created, if you cannot read the first suggestion pressing the 'refresh' logo (two arrows) in the 'CAPTCHA' box will show a new image.
