Transmille software supports the Brother P-Touch compatible series of printers, however, it is important that the correct drivers are installed and not the ones provided on the driver CD.
To configure Brother P-Touch printers for use with ProCal, ProCal-Track and ProSales, please follow the steps below.
1) Install the brother P-Touch Software (at least Version 5.1) - you will need to select your support region and printer model in order to download the software from Brother's site. If you have already installed your label printer, you may already have installed this software alongside it.

2) Ensure that you Brother label printer is correctly installed, connected and powered up.
3) Download the Brother B-Pac Client software installer from this article, extract, and install.
4) In each program configure the label printer, for example in ProSet.
