In order to use Dymo series 500 label printers with the ProCal suite the Dymo Connect app is required.
It can be download from this link: https://www.dymo.co.uk/support?cfid=user-guide.
Once the installer has been downloaded follow these steps to complete installation.
To start "Run" the installer, then select your language and click 'OK'.
Click "Next".
Read and Accept the License Agreement, then click "Next".
Select your preferred install location then click "Next".
Select the "Complete" option for install then click "Next".
Click "Install".
Click "Finish".
