In order to use Dymo series 500 label printers with the ProCal suite the Dymo Connect app is required. We currently support the app up to the 1.4.6 version. You can download this here: Dymo Connect V1.4.6 (Dropbox Download).
Once downloaded, extract and run the installer, then select your language and click 'OK':
Click "Next":
Read and Accept the License Agreement, then click "Next":
Select your preferred install location then click "Next":
Select the "Complete" option for install then click "Next":
Click "Install":
Click "Finish":
