To confirm that your email settings are working correctly, it is advised to perform test emails whenever you update your IT infrastructure (change passwords, move servers, change ISP etc)
To send a test email, navigate to Calibration Reminders, Email settings and then click 'Send Test Email'
Enter an email that you have access to (ideally a personal email for testing purposes outside of your sending domain so that you can confirm external contacts will receive emails), and then click OK
The email editor window will appear, enter the desired text and then click 'Send Email'
Monitor for any errors, and then check the email inbox for the test email. Receipt of an email confirms that the settings are correct.
