If an update of the UI is interrupted (for example a power interruption) there is the possibility for the calibrator to display an error and not reach the main screen.
To enter recovery mode, extract the attached .zip to a USB drive (formatted as the instructions here - 4000 : Formatting a Memory Stick to FAT32 Format (4000 Series) ), making sure that the .exe files are directly on the drive and not inside a sub folder.
Insert the USB stick into the calibrator while the calibrator is OFF and then turn the power on. The calibrator will load up and indicate 'REOVERY' in the bottom right corner after about 30-45 seconds. After that displays, then run the USB update and then remove the USB stick.
The calibrator will now boot correctly, if it does not, please contact us for further assistance
