Following this guide will assist you in Processing and Dispatching Instruments with ProCal-Track.


To begin processing an instrument click the 'Process Paperwork' button or the 'Process Instruments' shortcut on the sidebar: 

  

Or go to "Utilities" and then Process Paperwork:

  

This will open the "Process Paperwork" screen. On this screen enter the job number of the item to be processed into the text box, or scan the items barcode.

  

The full "Process Paperwork" screen will then be shown. Enter the shipping information, then click 'Process Items'.

  

Select the required number of copies and the appropriate report file, then click 'OK'.

  

The item will now be marked as processed and ready for dispatch.

  

Once an instrument has been processed, it will need to be moved to dispatch. To do this click the 'Dispatch' button or the 'Dispatch Instruments' shortcut on the sidebar:

  

Or go to 'Utilities' and then Dispatch Instruments:

  

This will open the "Dispatch Items" screen. On this screen enter the job number of the item to be dispatched into the text box, or scan the items barcode.

  

The full "Dispatch Items" screen will then be shown. Enter the shipping information, then click 'Dispatch Items'.

  

The item will now be marked as dispatched and greyed out in the list.
