How To Change An Instrument's Status

Sometimes it is necessary to manually change the status of an instrument. To do this:

• Open the instrument's virtual job sheet. Please see this article for a guide on how to do this: https://support.transmille.com/solution/articles/9000161912-how-to-search-for-and-view-an-instrument-in-procal-track

• On the virtual job sheet, locate the 'Status' dropdown menu on the 'Job Info' tab. Use the dropdown menu to select the desired status:

• The status will be saved when the virtual job sheet is closed
