Sending Log Files in the event of an Error

To better understand any possible errors ProSite Version 6 creates an in depth log file during import and export operations to gain a better understanding of the source of any errors (i.e. no available hard drive space, unable to communicate with the server, network dropouts etc).

If Transmille request, Log Files can be found in the C:/ProCal/Programs/ProSite folder. Select the most recently modified file that starts with the name "ProSite Log" followed by the date that ProSite was last run.
