Once a box has been created during the dispatch process (see How To Create & Dispatch Boxes To Couriers), boxes can be checked and managed on the system.


To open the management screen, select Utilities > Dispatch To Courier >Manage Box Details


The screen will then display a list of items currently awaiting dispatch. To edit the carrier details of a box, select it from the list then press "Edit Carrier Details". This will allow you to log carrier information:
