'Evaluation Period Expired' displayed on screen

Modified on Wed, 15 Jun, 2016 at 4:32 PM

For the protection of both Transmille and our representatives our products are fitted with a security code which prevents equipment being used beyond the 65 day 'evaluation period' if payment has not been received.

New units are locked with a security code at the factory, and the unlock code is only provided after payment has been received in full.

The 4 digit code that is displayed on the screen is the 'unlock reference' and needs to be provided to Transmille along with the serial number of the unit.

On receipt of payment in full for product, Transmille provide the unlock code to the Customer (representative or end user) for entry through the front panel.

Entering the unlock key is performed by using the number keyboard to enter the key, followed by pressing the blue ENTER key.

The unlock key only needs to be entered once in the lifetime of the instrument.
